Glasgow Open Mics & Jams

Sundays


Box, Sauchiehall St. 

10.00pm to late 

Blues jam session. 


Cottons Bar, Ferry Road, Renfrew 

2.00-5.00 pm.

Host: Erin Hephzibah

Pre-booked slots preferred (and you are paid a modest sum!) but walk-ins get on if there’s space. Free drink. Also food, for which you pay what you can afford. Good stage and a sound man. 

This is no longer a weekly sessions and dates seem to me to be a bit unpredictable.  Same really.  Contact Erin via FB if you need any details

Advertised as ‘acoustic’ but electrics accepted! 

Longest-running open mic in Glasgow with the same host, now in its 28th year. Unusually, it’s one song at a time, as it can get extremely busy. If time allows, the cycle is repeated.

Recent move "upstairs" seems to have changed the dynamic....
